ok, my windows bar says i'm infected. i use two separte anti spyware programs, and neither will get rid of the trojan. they will find them, so i delete them, but it always comes back. also, i think it might be screwing with my background, because i cant change it from a solid blue. how can i get rid of it?

Try a squared free. Also, you will need to clear all your restore points. During the time a trojan is on your computer each instance that a restore point is created the trojan is included.

Go out and buy a software thing specifically made to clean off Trojans and if that doesn't work take it to some computer place and ask them for help, worst case scenario they'll have to completely reboot your computer and you'll loose everything on there.

have you tried starting your computer in safe mode and then scanning. that sometimes works. otherwise, you can take it to a computer repair shop. i believe they have more powerful ways of getting rid of it. if that still doesn't help, your best bet is to probably reboot the entire system. it sucks, but it's better than having a worm eating away your computer!

i would try avg antivirus or mcafee, this sounds identical to the one my brothers computer had, he ended up buying a new hard drive and it still came back, so he took his pc layed it in his yard and drove over it with his truck then bought a new one....we tried for months to get rid of it and it just kept comming back over and over no matter what we tried to do
