The way I figure it, legaly speaking, prisoners are currently able to marry people outside prison.
So, my quandery is; If they legalize same sex marriage, wouldn't that mean prisoners could marry their cellmates?

If your answer is no, then that's discrimination.

I see nothing wrong with gay marriage; so YES, let them. If they really want to, who are we to stop them? Besides, they're still US citizens, even if they broke the law; they're entitled to the same treatment you or I are given.

Well in some states it's still illegal to marry the same sex, but if i may. Yes i think this would be a good idea, the reason is first there would be no offspring. 2 no children to bring up in a bad environment, 3 in 6 generations we would be virtually crime free. I don't believe a person is born a bad person, but the way we teach children in our home and the way we act has a huge influence on how they conceive life. We should also ban i prisoner from marriage to women until they have served their time. Sorry if this seams cruel but, you know what they say if you can't do the time don't do the crime

No, because when you go to prison or any type of correctional facility, personal freedoms are taken away from you. Why should they have the privilege of marrying? They need to do their time and suffer the consequences of their actions. Once they have served their sentence, then they should be free to marry whomever they choose.

Cool question!!!!
Gay marriage would have to be legal in prison, too.
Maybe that would stop a lot of slutting around.
And Democrat men could always go to a prison to get a husband.
Democrats fought hard enough for Gay Marriage, they should gain something for it.

I truely believe convicted criminals have lost ALL of their rights. They can marry after they serve their time, if they still want to.

Well, I suppose you would want to drop the soap if you did, but I'm sorry to inform you that gay marriage is illegal, even to those who think they are above the law.
