It depends on what you want to do with your life. I am not familiar with India, but I would bet if you would sit down and decide what it is you want to accomplish with your life, that would help you make up your mind. Sometimes one must make these decisions without listening to family, who may or may not know what is best for you.
Good luck with whatever you do decide.

You are not alone, please do not take this as an insult but from your spelling and grammar I would strongly suggest getting an English tutor before you fall behind and need to drop out again. Use the resources that your school has for you. You will become less shy and frustrated as your confidence in your language skills grows.

A Tech college would have been better. Mostly people over 21 go there so it's not so awkward.
But remember that there are freshmen there that feel the same way so don't worry about it. You're not the only college student ever to feel this way.

You are in college for the 2nd time and you have not learned how to spell it, I guess I would be frustrated too.
If you get some fundamentals and your grades go up, you will not feel so shy.
Go to the learning center at your school and get some grammar and spelling help.

Instead of feeling shy and frustrated you should feel proud and courageous for going back. Good luck to you.
