To me I would say Trish Stratus she has won more women's championships than any diva in today's wwe,but since she retired I would have to say Candice Michelle of course.

The best Diva ever in WWE/WWF history is no doubt Chyna because she not only was a Women's champion but she was the Intercontinental Champion and involved in feuds for the Intercontinental title
