I use this cream that's for dry skin, it has 14 herbs & 7 natural oils & is very natural. You can order from Victoria health (see link) in UK, otherwise a search on Google will give you other suppliers.
I haven't heard of any natural hair removers. the only natural thing i know is (an old Middle-eastern method) "threading" where hair is removed using a thread. It's now widely spread 7 most beauty salons do it. But if a friend can learn it (see 2nd link) they can do it for you or if they go with you to the salon they might pick it up & do it for you?! sorry hope this helps!

Usually you should use Azulene oil. It comes usually with waxing products, but I think you can purchase it separately. Also vitamin E oil will do. As for the natural facial hair remover, try Whole Foods store.

I cannot recommend any 'natural' facial hair removing cream.. coz I dont know!

Hwvr, for ur dry skin, I used to have it as well, but its gone now (at least at the moment.. tehehe), here some tips (hope helps)..
1. Use shower bath/soap that contains lots moisture cream specially winter season ie from drugstore I like dove and palmolive olive milk.. (I forgot d exact name). and try to shorten your shower/bath time if you use hot water, take too much time may loosing your natural skin moisture..
2. As soon after shower, apply body lotion or body butter (I prefer body butter with natural care or essential oil ie LUSH, body shop, L'occitane) all over your body..

You can also try any moisturizing product that says "emollient" in it - emollient means having a softening or soothing effect, it means that the product will consist of any of various substances in the form of a thick liquid that will have a soothing and moisturizing effect when applied to the skin. Also, as mentioned before, Azulene is great to apply immediately afterwards to sooth the skin and immediately add hydration.

A lot of people suffer with dry skin. It is recognised that most people do not drink enough water in the day to hydrate their bodies. So I would say that as well as using moisturisers drink plenty of water as opposed to coffee/tea/fizzy drinks etc.

Rub some Vaseline onto it, that will probably help.
