Advantage: People take you more seriously, you won't be called out for it, doesn't give you a bad reputation.

Disadvantage: I suppose if you like attention (good and bad), you won't be getting it as much.

Tight clothes is fine but not too tight that you can't move well. Showing a bit of cleavage is fine, but not too much. You don't want weirdos following you and trying to rape you.

Advantage: lots and lots of attention

Disadvantage: no one will know what your face looks like

bottom line: if you want to be taken seriously, keep the cleavage tucked away. if you're going out clubbing with your girlfriends or whatever, break out the boob shirts. however, if you've got a larger rack than most, try to do it tastefully, as opposed to wearing a shirt designed for smaller boobed girls.

If you want to be taken seriously at work, nix the cleavage, if you want the cute guy to ask you out at work, cleavage all the way. But really, do you want to be the girl with the peek-a-boobs?
