Yes he should. But he has once again refused to do so. He has pardoned 16 criminals this week alone, including convicted drug dealers yet refuses to do anything for two agents who shot a drug dealer that was a threat to them, a drug dealer who physically attacked one of the agents.
I give up.

If the illegal alien was innocent I would say no, but being that he was a drug smuggler then you have to take into consideration the circumstances that lead to the shooting.

Probably not, but we can only hope that our next Prez will. I use to work near the U.S. border in Arizona, the only protection I had was from the U.S. Border Patrol & our Military. I have alot of respect for our border agents, it takes a special kind of person to do what they do, and they do it well.

Yep. They are there to protect the border from invaders...isn't that what this guy did, especially being a drug smuggler?

Yes he should pardon them. They were doing the job they were hired to do. Do the words illegal and drug smuggling have an impact.

I'd tend to say yes, but it's going to depend on the circumstances.

For example, if he shot at them, absolutely. If he ran and refused to surrender, ok.

If they caught him, then shot him, no.
