It depends on the woman. I myself have 3 in each ear for a total of six. Their great for those 3 pair packs where the studs are sall, medium, and large. Others look good with other facial piercings or body piercins, and some with none. Same with men, it depends on who, and what type.

I have 5 in total. Three in my left and 2 in the right. I wear diamond studs in all of them. Or my birthstone and a small hoop in the bottom ones. Too large an earring draws peoples attention away from the face.

i admire peircings on men, i think of it particularly is acceptable. I dig foreheadpiercings, the bull ring, tragus, anti tragus and dissimilar piercings on the two ears. I dig the great piercings like the guy in the band Disturbed. i do no longer dig ear lobe stretching (mutilating the physique), penis piercings, or nipples thats gross. the effective element approximately piercings is they may well be taken out if necessary.

one in each ear is just right
two in each ear is so/so
three and over is to much because it takes away the look and is totally a turn off
