Does anybody's sixth sense ever become as clear as their ability to see, hear, touch, taste or smell? No. I don't think so. If it's a sense like sight, sound, smell, taste, or touch, then you would have a clear picture of what it is you're sensing. That's usually not the case. If so, it's only a fluke.

The ability to see the future is often times a self-fulfilling prophecy. The actual future can't be known. The near-future can be predicted, often with great certainty, but not known.

A book called "The People's Almanac" written in the 1970's had a huge list of Psychic & scientific predictions for the future (including specific dates or date ranges). None of the hundreds that were due to happen have come true.

Person, is your example the sense of touch?

People have more than 5 senses. For example, you are able to sense your own body and discern it from things that are not your body. This "6th sense" nonsense makes people appear uneducated.

They could. There is a lot of iffy "evidence" people have collected over the years, but personally I'm not sure. Try looking up "synchronicity" on wikipedia, it's quite interesting.
