Does "W" truely have what it takes to be Commander in Chief of the military and stand up for those charged with murder in a war he promotes? The charges against some who wasn't present, but in command. Where does the responsibility stop? George W. Bush wasn't there either. I rememeber a great man said " THE BUCK STOPS HERE!

Oh yea, a soldier can't let war get to them. Terrible how we set comfortable in America and say " how could you do such"? War is murder and now we decide to turn our heads and say "only some times".

Bush has no right, legal or otherwise, to get involved with the trail.
Responsibility?
Like Berger stealing & destroying documents that connected Clinton to 9/11?
Truman screwed up too. The weapons and big guns that killed over 50,000 Americans in Korea, were a gift to Russia from Truman.
(It's a little more complicated than that. Look it up.) THAT WAS ONE TIME THE BUCK DIDN'T STOP.
Cool question, since you knew that Bush couldn't legally get involved in a trial.

He absolutely has. That's why he has so many Liberals upset. "W" makes a decision, then sticks to it, regardless of what others think. I'd vote for him again up against any Democrat that seems to want to run this next time.

I think you mean 'cojones' and frankly, murder is murder.

Leavenworth was around during WWII as well, and soldiers wound up there for crimes. I don't think they were 'stood up for' then.
