Does anyone know what this Christmas song is and who it's by?

It's sung by a children's choir and the music behind it is Pachabel's Canon in D. Part of the words are "On the night, on this night, on this merry Christmas night." That's all I can remember. Can anyone help?

It's 'Christmas Canon' by the Trans-siberian orchestra.

I think it's like Pachabel Christmas or something like that. I heard it on sattelite radio once.
