Being Republican myself - I don't necessarily like Bush - he isn't a people person and he doesn't seem to make smart decisions. Still, I wouldn't consider him the worst of them all nor a bad president.
I don't like the war in Iraq but that was not Bush's fault - he was given incorrect info from the CIA. If John Kerry was told there were MWD in Iraq - he would have done the same. I do however like how Bush talked with the UN before going into Iraq instead of going in alone - he had *everyones* support - including your favorite leaders: John Kerry, Hillary Clinton, and many other Democrats. I like how Bush is not attacking North Korea like I think he would like to. He is waiting on the UN to make a decision.
Bush isn't the worst president nor is he the worst of them all. I find it interesting how the media and most people try to portray Bush as the worst president ever. Go ahead, but don't expect us Republicans to treat your Democratic President any better than you treated ours. Only fair...

Pres. Bush challenged the terrorists of the world to 'bring it on' - Stupid! Pure and simple! Bush did not listen to his top military commanders and his war-time experienced people. Instead he thought like a bully, I am bigger and stronger than the other guy, so I cannot lose. Even the biggest bully can be brought down if enough smaller guys jump him. Bush challenged the smaller guys to jump us and we are getting our butts kicked because of it.
Hopefully the next Congress will rein him in, hopefully the Supreme Court will again remind him that he must obey the Constitution and US Signed Treaties and International Law, hopefully our next President will have a working brain and will solve many of the problems that GW Bush has created needlessly.
Hopefully the USA survives until then.

If we win in Iraq, history will put him in the top 5 best presidents of all time.
Carter & Clinton are already down at the bottom by historians.
I DON'T THINK THAT'S FAIR.
Clinton was worthless, but except for 9/11, he didn't harm the country that much. He was busy satisfying himself with fun & games.
But Carter really brought the country down. He now goes all over the world preaching hatred against the USA.
He's still mad because he lost the election in a landslide.

Considering that the Bush administration has done more to harm American credibility on a global scale... intentionally directed money for contracts to friendly companies to profit... gone backwards in areas of environmental protection... wasted billions of dollars on defense projects that experts have stated will never work...
And perhaps most importantly, involved the US in two wars, both of which we're losing...
I'd have to say that President Bush, and the neo-conservative agenda he has pushed is far and away the worst president the United States has ever had.

No better or worse than anyone else. When it comes to public speaking he's worse than most. I'm embarrassed for him, he doesn't come across well. He has a difficult job in this post 911 world of doing what he believes will protect us now and in the future and I'm glad he doesn't waiver on his duty even at the expense of public opinion and pressure. He has made mistakes but like I said, no worse than anyone else, but it seems sometimes the media jumps at every chance to make him look worse than he is. The members of the media are liberal leaning and really hate this man. If you don't believe it look at how much they loved the do nothing president Clinton, and how they cover him and his mistakes.

people underestimate George W. Bush! you can't blame everything that's going wrong in the country and the world on the current president!! Changes that are enacted during a presidents term usually take at least 10 years to see the true results!
I support George W. even though he hasn't made the best decisions everytime, at least he's honest enough to tell it like it is!

Bush as President of America can be compared to Hiroshima in Japan. GWB is ranked #43, behind Franklin Pierce, Richard NIxon and Millard Fillmore. (and 39 others)
He is a disgrace not just to present day America, but to all it's glorious past and everything freedom stands for.

He is a great president, I don't know where you people take the information's from? TV???? maybe you should think more outside that BOX. Your president cant take actions by itself, everything he has in his mind has to be approved by the congress. This country is ruled by the Congress, the president is just another senator with more votes! Stop giving the fault to one person and open your eyes and ears for everything is going on in this ALL world where America is part of it and so do YOU
