Okay, so i got in trouble today at skool cuz i didnt work properly in Industrial Tech class (woodshop). I have to type a 2 page essay, but i forgot about what! So since the teacher was mad at me, he said something about the title being "who is responsible for getting my work done" or w/e. I got this much so far, but now what?? I need TWO pages!!
Who is responsible for getting my work done?
In the Industrial Technology class as well as all my other classes, I am responsible for getting my work done. I think I have not done/tried my best at this class because I thought it was not important and it did not matter. Of course, it did matter, but I did not work as hard as I could, and instead I socialized.

Mention a specific project that you studied (or did) in ITech, that you could have done better if you had paid attention.
Discuss why this class matters (you say Of course, it did matter, but you can go into a great deal of detail about how you can use the information you learn in this class and how it can provide a step up into other Industrial Tech classes. Incidentally, Industrial technology is one of the fastest growing job sectors in the US, so there are positive benefits to doing well in this subject.
Discuss how socializing with other students distracts them as well, and impacts on their performance.
You could also include an apology to the teacher for wasting his time (he must have been pretty ticked to have blown up like that!)
and a promise to do your socializing at a more appropriate time and place.

I'll give you another tack to try. Talk about what situations you are responsible for and how your decisions lead to a failure of that responsibility.
Things like - when I start do a project in woodshop I sometimes have to do things over or stop in the middle to get some supplies but it's really my fault because I didn't think the whole project through.
Talk about problems you could resolve by changing the way you deal with things. Planning in the above example. Prioritizing. Focusing. These are things you decide to do, decide not to do, or don't think about. Responsibility means thinking about them and deciding to do or not do them (you can discuss negative attributes as well).

it`s good. Whatever u do don`t write about how sorry u are. Oh and use the word decroum. it means to be responsible and polite. A friend of mine had to write a 100 word essay on decroum. write about how bad or uncooperative u were and that u have to try harder to get a better education and be totally honest. Write mean stuff if u have to. If u get in trouble for that, just say that you were honest and why should u get in trouble for being honest?

Go into detail in the next paragraph as to how you plan to pay more attention in class. Third paragraph can be practical applications of the class. Fourth paragraph can be your long term goal and how taking responsibility each step of the way will help you.

Woodshop,........Just put in there that if you did a good job in that class and got a degree or something, some illegal imigrant would get a job before you would. Then they would be responsible for your work!

Try including paragraphs about
-what happens if your work doesn't get done
-why doing the work is valuable and important
-how you can make up for the work you slacked on
-WHY did you feel the work wasn't important? What made you realize it DOES matter?
-what might happen if you never do this work, or any other school work

Also rather than using short, clear sentences, make sure to have plenty of longer sentences giving the same message in more wording... like instead of saying "my cousin is ill" you would say "My uncle, from my mother's side of the family, has a son that is about my age. He has been feeling dizzy and lightheaded lately, experiencing slight fever and sometimes shivers."
You might want to go the long way with words too, instead of saying "he's" say "he is", or find synonyms for short words... like "infatuation" instead of "crush" lol :D
