I am LDS and I need a party or cocktail dress for the new years church dance. It has to be modest. I want something very pretty but not casual. I want to look eleant without looking over dressed. I also want it so I can wear it to other dances and other occasions. What do you suggest? Thanks!!!

i have purchased a cocktail dress before online at E-BAY.
believe it or not, there was a wide variety of choices and styles to choose from.. the price was very reasonable and shipping was quick... some of the gowns are used once or twice, but alot of them are new. check it out , i think you can find about anything your looking for...
