It depends on state. Some states will let grandparents, siblings etc get the birth cert some only allow person on the cert, parents or guardian, or representative for the those get it. Try asking your parents to get it for you.

fill out a form ...you can get it at your health dept..fill it out...write a check or money order and send it to the address provided..it takes about 3 weeks and you get you birth certificate in the mail.

Your social security number (card) and another kind of id, with photo, such a passport.

do you have a social sercity card?you can use that as id or get the father of the baby or your mother&father they can get a copy of it also
