i am 14 years old and i way 139 and my hite is 5/2 . i wus 149 lb and now i am 139 is that good or do i need to los sum wur???

your body weight isnt weighed by just fat you have to consider your muscle,water weight, bone mass and stored body fat all. not just one. i would say your at a healthy weight and alot of guys like girls with a lil meat on them instead of all bones. i am 5ft 6in and weigh 160 pounds i wear a size 11 in jeans i know im not a 5 but im comfortable with my body. i have thick thighs and kind of a butt and men like that one me so i say just be comfortable being you. a few pounds over is nothing to be harmed or worried about. so just enjoy being you. if your comftorble and happy with you thats all that matters.

Well it depends, your a healthy weight...your not overweight and your not underweight...but are you happy with youself? If not, than maybe find out what you can do to loose a few lbs. If you are happy with yourself than don't worry about it. I to, am a 14 year girl...I am 5'4 though and only come in at 118 lbs....this doesn't mean I am healthier than you...it just means I might be more physically active than you, or even that I have a faster metabolism. If you are not healthy try joining a sports team eating healthier, and exercising more. I hope you find what works best for you!

for 5'2, you should be a few pounds lighter. But make sure you eat a lot of healthy food to loose weight, or it will come right back.

your healthy, if u want to lose weight tho go ahead. Dont get lower then 100 though. good luck!!
