Dude I have been running my house raising my kids, taking care of the bills and everything else in the world for the past 11 months while my husband has been deployed. I have done it all without the help of a man. So to answer your question Not in my house

no. its doesnt matter about male/female. some PEOPLE are better leaders than others. some PEOPLE are too quick to act, or too hesitant, or too selfish, or too trusting, or too ignorant, etc, etc, etc. It has nothing to do with gender.
