First, recognize that this happens to everyone. It is a long-term commitment that takes a toll on a person.

Second, make sure you have a peer group with whom to discuss your woes. This makes all the difference in the world.

that is a tough question to answer. it deals both with health -- sensitive to many of us and also the will to achieve an accomplishment. hard to beat as a subject. number one, relax -- the subject of your phd has to be a pleasant one that you do enjoy searching and looking up. number two you have to learn how to relax despite the rush to finish on time -- which means add "sports" time to your schedule and it will increase your over all efficiency. I walk with my dog when the stress is too much and the mind is not performing -- I feel it. and when i return back from the walk...I am refreshed kind of -- much better when i stopped. hope it helps. to everything and to everyone there is a season. follow your intuition. hope it does help.

I even have consistently thought that Christ took the keys of dying and hell from devil; yet the place is the scripture that announces so. i might opt to verify it. some issues sound so good that we opt to repeat them. He did carry forth to the saints, and led captivity hollow area. The Bible says it and it says he has the keys of dying and hell; yet the place does it say that devil ever had them? I basically opt to verify scripture. i do no longer choose my imaginations to make up the word of God. i choose His word organic because it quite is.
