Once every week or two shouldnt be a problem.
Crab meat (king and snow) is safer for you than most fish. Things like scrod, tuna, swordfish, flounder, trout.. all these things have insanely high levels of murcury and shouldnt be eaten.
Get the chart from your doctor, and read the lable on the imitation crab meat.
last time i checked the fish in it was mostly whiting, and that pretty safe for eating a couple times a month.

Why don't you look on google for that answer? And besides....imitation crab...is fake...why would it hurt...your baby? Now the real thing might have stuff in it from the ocean...but imitation stuff is man made...

You can have shellfish & crab, that was all I craved with my kids. It's certain fish that you can't have, like snapper and swordfish. Be sure everything you eat is fully cooked though.
