SLF...top band - wonder if they'd be able to play 'Suspect Device' in London nowadays - facing East, that is! Remember it first time round, and as loud the Sex Pistols were - Stiff Little Fingers, the Dead Kennedys, and The Clash seemed to pull it off that little better...Holiday in Cambodia, anyone?

Yes i agree. To all of the above though anarchy still is in music its just people dont listen to it as much because it isnt 'in fashion'. Bands like system of a down, one minute silence, rage against the machine these are the bands which still talk about anarchy. It seems to me most people are only all for anarchy because its 'cool' not because they actually understand or want it. But hey thats just my opinion.

i'll give you stiff little fingers, but the sex pistols were nothing more than a publicity stunt. none had much talent at the time, and john lydon managed to squeeze a career out of that (PiL). what has steve jones done? he hosts a radio show.
