i think she has been cheating on me and i will personally pay 30 dollars on paypal to the person who gives me her password.

You seriously need to talk to her about this. If you pursue this line of thought, no good will come out of it.
What could be the outcome?
1. You hack her myspace and (somehow) get evidence of her infidelity. (Cheating? Via myspace? How?) Then what?
2. She finds out that you're spying on her and whether she's guilty or not, you've reached the point of no return because the trust has gone.
3. You fail to log into her myspace account, but the suspicion lingers and escalates where you are looking in her mobile phone for texts, last number called, following her, etc.
I don't know how long you've been with her, but you need to sit down and talk to her about it.
Perhaps she's really attractive and popular and you're feeling insecure about it. Whatever, you need to address these issue and be as honest as you can with her and hopefully she will be as honest with you, but to sneak around behind her back is not the way to go.

All you have to is before you sign in there is a link and it says Forgot Your Password? click it type in the myspace e-mail address and then the person's myspace password will be sent to that person, make sure you type in the e-mail address used for that myspace account, and if you can't get the password make another account.

Sounds like you have some trust issues.
If you're convinced enough that "your girlfriend" is cheating on you to pay someone to steal from her, you'd be better off just breaking up with her.
And here's a thought: if you want her password, why not just ask her for it?

would you like it if someone invaded your privacy? besides that is illegal and will get you some heavy trouble. if you think you can't trust her get rid of her. she isn't the only woman in the world.
