A grand trine - is very lucky - is an aspect of ease. The houses it is in, planets therein, and rulers will point to where things come and will come easily to you without much effort on your part throughout your life. And will show natural gifts. Incase you didnt know a grand trine is when three planets all trine eachother (120 degrees apart roughly). meaning that atleast 1 sign is in every sign of that element.

usualy people include the planets involved in this kind of aspect so astrologers can give an accurate description of it.

but in general, a grand water trine generally makes a person over sympathetic, over intuiative and over emotional. and very in-tune with the subjective side of his/her life.
