Depends on whos point of view your are looking at. From the common mans point of view, Jacksonian democracy was positive because it provided them with the right to vote without owning land. In fact, the age of Jacksonian democracy is known as the era of the common man. Hence, the whites who did not own land receive new opportunities. Meanwhile, if you are looking at it from a land owners/high class point of view this was negative because now the common man would vote for a president that represented them which mean that the rich would be at a disadvantage. The common man was the majority so majority vote would win.

Negative, because Jackson violated treaties and went in defiance of the Supreme Court.
