Today was supposed to be the best day of my life but it was the worst! today at my school we had a basketball game so i came dressed in my cheer uniform.well my "best friend" HATES ME and thinks im a conceited plastic ***** [not true] these were her exact words"when i see that skinny ***** im going to break her in 3 pieces"...another thing is this guy HATES me just because i confronted him of "talking bad behind my back" according to me "best friend".
and last of all my ex is stalking me......
i cant stop crying PLEASE HELP!

First of all, your "best friend" is not your best friend since she is talking about you behind your back. As for the guy that hates you just because you confronted him about him talking about you behind your back... DO NOT WORRY ABOUT HIM!!! You did what you had to do to stand up for yourself and you should be proud. Don't be so concerned of what he thinks. Who cares?! As for your ex that is stalking you, talk to your parents and let them know what is going and see if you can try and file a restraining order. You can also talk to his parents if you're comfortable doing that and let them know what is going on. This will not be the only worst day that you will have in your life. Everything will get better so hang in there girl. Stay focused on the most important things in life and don't sweat the small stuff. Hope this helps. Good luck.

Time to tell a few people just who and what she is in the cafeteria in front of everyone. Just start talking (just loud enough )at your table loud enough for everyone around to hear. Then talk about the "little" guy that is trying to say you did him. say I wouldn't have tried had I even been interested as he is just sooooo small.
