For the Cheeks:

Working one side at a time, place the butt of your palm on the left cheek bone. Press firmly downwards and hold. Now draw the left corner of your mouth towards your cheek bone, in a one sided grin, still resisting firmly with your left hand. Hold for a count of 6 seconds and release. Repeat this 20 times on the left cheek and then repeat the whole exercise for the right side.

For the Jaw:

Place the butts of your palms on the back part of your jaw. Clench your back teeth, whilst at the same time press against the muscle with your palms. Hold for a count of 6 seconds and release. Repeat this 20 times.

yes
bend your head as far back as you can
you will feel your neck stretching and your jaws.
stretch back then bring head down forward.
turn head from one side to the other. you will feel stretching also
go slow. repeat each as many times as you want.
it is also good for the chin area...
