drill a hole in the block or siding of your house and the push a "fishing wire" through to attach the cable to and pull through. Remember, the siding, outside plywood, and any other insulation materials, plus the sheet rock make the whole a lot longer.
Fishing through inside insulation, like the fiberglass stuff, will be a PITA.

I have a satellite dish and I did not want to mount it on the side of my house. So I have it mounted to a fencepost that is out of sight, and I ran the cabe in a shallow trench back to the house. I ran the cable through pvc pipe to protect if from a shovel.
Once at the edge of the house it will depend upon whether you have an attic space or note. I ran my cable up the side of the house...again in pvc pipe and into the attic. Then I located the wall where I wanted to drop the cable and drilled a very small hole into the wall top plate, between the studs where I wanted the cable to connect.
It's not difficult but you want to be patient and give some thought as to where you want to make a small hole in your wall for the coaxial cable to enter the room.
One tool that will help is called a fish tape. You can get it at most hardware stores in the electrical section. You will want to ask someone at the store that knows what they sell. The average teenager working for minimum wage will think it's some kind of fishing lure.

Drill a hole where you want the cable. Push the cable in and caulk the outside. Add a cable plate over the cable on the inside wall.

The installers for my satellite service went right through the block wall in one place w/ a long carbide drill .( no basement)
Fairly high because of snow.
In another place they were able to do same under a window & went through framing.
They also had special grommets to help keep weather out.
