Well yet again I have to say this. Iraq is worth fighting for. We'd gain another ally in a region full of people that are against a zionist influence.
Iraq is not a lost cause or even uneeded bloodshed. We are fighting for their freedom. The kurds living in Iraq right now would beg to differ that this was better with Saddam. They are thankful we are there.
If we leave the region, we allow this country to be left in turmoil. How could we do so much for them and just leave? An anarchy would soon form and we have a much greater threat than when Saddam was in power.
Bottom line - We have to succeed in Iraq because it is are only option.
And oh yeah - Bush didn't lie about Iraq. I don't know where you guys make this stuff up. We got bad intelligence that Iraq had WMDs.

No, Iraq was never worth it. The "democracy" angle the government keeps spewing is pure crap. Anyone with any knowledge of the region understands that democracy, at least in our sense, will never work. Their government will be heavily influenced by Iran. So look for two Irans in the future. You have three major and other minor factions in Iraq. And they will never get along. Look for the country to dissolve into complete civil war as soon as we leave. OR if you don't want that to happen, we need to "elect" a brutal dictator to control the various factions. Like, you know, Saddam.

Iraq is a lost cause and is not worth the shedding of American blood. 80% of Iraqis interviewed said they thought they were better off under the rule of Saddam Hussein.

that's a competent action picture. Bruce Willis is the action picture star of the action picture. that is approximately Willis vs terrorist. It became a competent action picture. No awards. It became a great moneymaker it is why there are 3 sequels. that's nicely worth buying on DVD and there is swearing and violence yet no intercourse or nudity that I bear in mind.
