I just saw a report on fox news here in the U.S and on CNN showing that in Britan, the name "Mohammud" however you spell it, is now the most popular name in Britan, they say that Islam will , in a couple of years, be the ofical religon of The U.K and that the islams want to change british society into an Islam society, will you allow this????

islam will never be the major religion in the uk. i am more than sure her majesty, the queen will have something to say bout that. and if blair, the prick, is still about, will have to listen without losing his head. and i for one will object.....its enough we have one foreign religion in this country, i hardly think we need another. i prefer the native religion, thank you.

Nope, isn't going to happen, Mohammed is one of the most popular names in the world, not just Britain, I've been here 59 years, and I've never met - or know anyone that's met - anyone named Mohammed, so it ain't that popular is it?

Mohammed is a name, not just the Prophet's name. Islam will not be the official religion of the UK anytime soon. I'm sorry but I can't see that happening.

It's not true - just your parochial press misrepresenting the world again. It isn't even close to the most popular name in UK, it will not be the official religion of UK (Muslims are less than 3% of the population) and most Muslims live here because they like this country as it is.
What you portray as news is just racist propaganda, designed to undermine attempts at co-operation between races and religions.

MOHAMMED IS JUST A NAME.its popular in britian as we have a lot of muslims legally/or not.just like the surname smith is popular in britian.can cnn figure that how.i think that you american's should look at what is happening on the religious front in your country. you have extreme christians taking over. hold it..we don't want to change the british society to Islam. If ppl want to convert to Islam its their choice and they may choose whatever name they want adn people can name their kids whatever they wants its not your or mines right to say no...and no one knows if islam is going to be the main religion in britian and i don't think thats possible...so in the end no can judge the future

The reason for the growing use of the name is simply because the Muslims are out breeding the indigenous population not because it has become more popular.
