Be the owner of more than one car, leave all your lights on even when you aren't using them, never recycle... and maybe global warming will eradicate this problem for you

I hope you scrolled down this far to view my answer!

Condensation is formed when the temperature of the glass is below the dewpoint of the air. You can either raise the temperature of the glass (much the same way a defroster in your car works), or you can lower the humidity in the air.

In Florida during the summer months, the dewpoint is in the upper 70's, so when you run an air conditioner and make it about 72 degrees inside your house, the outside of the glass will be covered with condensation from the outside air. The inside of your house is OK because A/C units also remove humidity from the air. (Just look at the drainpipe on one to prove this to yourself...)

I would recommend three suggestions that have already been mentioned: 1) install a dehumidifier, or 2) place a small fan pointing towards the window to evaporate the droplets of water back into the air, or 3) raise the temperature of the glass to match (or go above) the dewpoint.

Dewpoints can be found in the "local forcast" section of weather.com.

Its never an easy thing to stop - some solutions are;
double glazing - polystyrene lining paper and all the usual advertised gizmo's

The best way is to keep the room as warm as you can afford, keep cold surfaces to the minimum , ie have carpet on floor and wallpaper on the walls - make sure the room has some type of ventilation.

Maybe go see a neighbour and if there room is condensation free ask them how?

Write your name on each pane of glass with a bar of dry hand soap,,rub off with a cloth and then breathe on the glass,no condensed breath,,so this should help stop condensation!
Failing that,,at least your windows will get a good clean

Condensation is a function of the humidity in the air inside, contacting the cold glass, and forming water droplets on the glass.

You need to lower the humidity in your home, maybe get a home de-humidifier.

The very quickest solution to get rid of the condensation is to pour water over the condensation.....

The other solution to your condensation is to use a high qulity steel hammer and strike the problem area rapidly... Safety glasses are required for this type of fixing/////

here are two very easy ways that really work...

1) open the window, or ventilate the room
...if that is not possible, do the following, which believe it or not, works...

2) take a bit of shaving cream and smear in on the window, then wipe the excess off.

See if you can buy a small dehumidifier. This will take out the excess moisture in your room and leave your windows clear.
