I would try George RR Martin's A Song of Ice and Fire series. It's amazing. From the list you gave you like the fantasy genre, so that would be the best books for you. Martin is considered one of the best writers in the genre now.

My favorite book of all times is "Dealing with Dragons" by Patricia C. Wrede. It's about a princess that runs away to become a servant to a dragon. It's mega funny and it's very well written. I HIGHLY recommend it.
