I'm only 14, so I can't watch nudity horror movies. But I really enjoy getting freaked out, and I wondered if there are any good movies out there taht are scary without nudity.
(Swearing is fine, and so is alot of blood and intense themes... I really like that in a horror... :D)

Forget the "slasher" Wes Craven type movies. Go back to the roots of freaking yourself out and watch a few Alfred Hitchcock films and then fast forward to 1999 and watch The Sixth Sense, Signs and The Village (all by M. Knight Shamylan). You will see the similarities in style.

For my mney, what freaks me out isn't what the Wes Craven types are constantly putting right in front of you, but the brief glimpses of horror that Hitchcock and Shamylan show you from the sides.

All of these have blood, but only 4 are rated R (PG-13 today, since they're kinda old) The scenes listed next to the ratings are the scarriest scenes in the movie, but all of them have at least 20.

Poltergeist- PG- guy rips his own face off.

The Ring 1 and 2- PG-13- peoples faces are shown dismembered, green, and dead-looking.

Jaws- PG- You seea guys leg get ripped of and see it float to the bottom of the ocean floor.

Alien, Aliens, Alien 3, and Alien: Resurrection- R,R,R, and R- These worm-like creatures with fangs burst through people's abdomens.

There are millions more, but these are mostly only the REALLY good ones.

Go old school, if you want a scare; think Hitchcock---Psycho, the black and white version. The Birds will make you look at the local pigeons on the block differently. Vincent Price is always good for a little fright---find the one where he loses his mind and starts torturing people in the dungeon.
