Truly the best?? Eleventy gazillion dollars. Realistically? Depends on the 13-year-old. Some 13 year olds would be happy with a bowl of slop, but those children probably do not know anybody with a computer, let alone a Yahoo account.

Ok, she is in the between stage. Try High School Musical, Sweet Valley High books. A portable CD player or if she is computer savvy try an IPOD or MP3 player. Also try gift cards for limited 2, old navy and if they are in your area rave girl. These stores carry great fashions for girls of this age.
