For Christmas, I got my mom a set of wine glasses and I want to hand paint them...

I don't want to paint seasonal things on them because i want her to be able to use them all year round...

Any Suggestions? Nothing too difficult...I'm talented, but I only have 3 days...

I would paint different things on each glass. One common theme so you know they are a set, but a different pic on each so you always know which glass is yours.

Maybe paint some of the things your mum is into.

At Michaels Crafts shop they have a sand etching equipment. I used this equipment for my personal wedding ceremony. it got here with cursive tracing letters that my husband etched onto wine glasses. It took some Saturdays to finish, yet develop into properly worth it.

Dragonflies, bees, ladybugs. My favorites!

You can buy a stencil at WalMart that has all of these plus butterflies for under $3.
