Oh, don't even waste your time with him. And most important, don't get angry at your friend over him--friendship is more important. Guys will always come and go but your gal pals are forever. It's not her fault he likes her--but you will find someone that likes you and you won't even remember this one. Good luck!!:):)

It all depends on you.
Do you plan on marrying him within the next 12 months? Is the relationship you have with this guy worth the time and energy?
If you answered yes, you should find out what he likes about her and understand his likes and dislikes. Once you figure it out, see if you can try to make yourself more appealing to him.
At the same time, you can find out if your friend likes the guy. Use words like "What do you think of my Boyfriend/Fiance?" and see if she has any interest with your man.
Once you find out she doesn't care or doesn't like him then you can sheepishly tell him that she doesn't dig his type.

There is not much you can do... Get over it. And its best that you found out now... it would have been awful to find out later if you guys would have hooked up.

Ask him out on a date. see what happens. If he likes her better, then there is nothing you can do, except find someone else for yourself.
