Mobo for AMD?

I am planning to put a desktop togather for myself. but cant figure out which motherboard to choose. i am going for AMD Athlon 64 4600+ AM2 with atleast 1 GB ram. i am not making this system for gaming so there will be no OC. i am leaning more towards Asus M2N-E motherboard because of its reviews on newegg but i have heard good things about MSI and Gigabit too. what is your take on it?
