I heard she quit to pursue better things, but the only other thing I have seen her in after OC is a Bebe commerical.

Depending on who you ask you'll get different versions. Some say it was mutual as in Misha wanted out and the show's creator wanted a big shake up, which would mostly end up being Marissa going away (it ended up having her die).

She quit, she wanted to do other stuff, at least that's what she said. She apparently asked that her character be killed so she wouldn't be tempted to come back on the show.

she quit. didn't want to do the show anymore. wanted to do other things being tied down to anything in TV takes up alot of time.

Yah, she wanted to leave the show. I don't blame her, the show was going down hill, and she didn't want to be pulled down with it.
She wanted to be better things, but I don't know if that's really going to happen.
