not likely the alarm if that's a cheap one. It received't have that characteristic. make confident the fuses are good and that there is not the different swap close to the position you're turning off the alarm in case someone rigged an anti robbery "secret" swap to save the vehicle from beginning. If the lighting fixtures fixtures are large and shiny and the horn blows loud, you've a foul connection on the starter or solenoid or a foul starter. If that's automatic make confident that is in park(or impartial). If that is a stick it has a turn on the grab pedal. that would nicely be undesirable or got here free.

It could be a number of things, tire alignment, suspension issues, uneven brake pad wear or a seized brake cylinder or your tires may just have uneven tire pressure from one side to the other or your tires may be of different makes or sizes. Have a mechanic check it out.
