I'm not sure I understand the sub-question, but the main question is interesting because in the "report this person" section, there is no mention of racism, yet I have reported people and written "this is racist" in the "other" section. I actually feel racism is one of the ugliest things in the world, a LOT worse than 'adult content' and if Yahoo is going to censor aduld content, they should censor racist remarks.
