Nothing should lead to the death penalty, in my opinion. Juries should not be given this responsibility, especially when the justice system is so biased and crooked. OK may have been guilty, but the fact that there was clearly planted evidence makes me think that anyone can be framed. I just don't want to take that chance.

If by "telling a lie" you mean "telling someone you love them".
And if by "the death penalty" you mean "getting milk and cookes".
Then YES!

I don't even agree with the death penalty. if the law says "thou shalt not kill" (or d ten commandments, whichever) then the government should not practice what they preach against. Whatever happened to "life improsenment"? let fate or destiny or God (whichever you believe in) decide when to take that life.
