You need to go to court, prove that you do not live with your mother anymore, prove that you work, and that you have had nothing to do with your mother for 1 year - then you can get a wiaver that says you can do what you want to do.
However, if that is not the case, you can only plead child abuse and get a great lawyer who can get you a divorce from your mother, or get your parental rights transfered to your uncle.

Honey since we don't know the reason why your mom keeps kicking you out of the house, even if we try we can't tell you what to do but my advice would be that whatever the problem is with your mom, try to come up with a better solution other than leaving the house at least untill you are old enough to make your own decisions, unless it is something unaceptable than you should get a responsible grown up involve. Is not easy to just say well i'm leaving the house when your seventeen and i'm telling you from my own experience. Unfortunately there's a lot of bad people who only think about finding a way to hurt others, besides i'm not saying that your uncle is bad is just that maybe his girlfriend might like you a lot right now but who knows if while living with them you might do or say something she or they don't like maybe she will be the first one pushing him to kick you out! look sweetie all i'm saying is just to think this over before making a decision that you might later on regret. Go to
-flkids.com
-click next page then(FLKids.com-web site survey)
-click on teens
-and down to the question that says: How does emancipation of minors work?
that will give some information about your rights as a minor and I believe that the age to be considere an adult in NY is 18 which it probably means that unless there's strong reasons, you can't decide yet on your own. Take care and be safe, I hope that everything works out for you.

Most of the above is good advice, but there might be a better route to take. Have your uncle talk with your dad about peritioning the court for guardianship of you untill your of legal age. With your dads backing you might stand a better chance of winning this way. My Daughter in law who is headed for the Army JAG seems to think this is the better route. Of course they is always the state Child Protective Unit you could turn too as a last resort. They would place you in a foster home and you might be able to get your uncle qualified for that. Down side of that is you will have them in your life till your 18-21 depending on the state.
There is always the option of moveing in with your dad agin the downside is your out of state..won't graduate with your class and leaveing friends behind. What ever you do I wish you luck.

In some states, yes, Kim, you can. I don't know about New York's laws, (but your uncle should know, what he's talking about/doing) but in California, people are not responsible for what their kids do, when the kids turn 17. I suggest you talk to the Dept Of Social Services, about this matter. But why did you drop out of school, and how are you going to getyour g.e.d. if you don't go to school?
There is such a thing as, after school jobs. Anyway, go live with your uncle and go back to school, and ask your boss if your work hours could be changed to after school. When I was going to high school, school got out around 2pm.

I think you can divorce your parents and have some of the rights of an adult but the judge would have to approve that. And from what you say i dont think the judge would approve that. He would just tell you to stop being a stupid little girl and wait till your 18 if you dint like your mom so much. The only way a judge would approve it is if your being abused or they arent fit to raise you or taking your money(Like in the case of child actors), But it doesnt sound like thats your case.

the reality that we live and respiration and able to do those style of issues. the reality that we are no longer rocks and a few divine accident made use who we are somewhat of a few inorganic atom. the reality we can provide issues worth. we are able to categorise. Its all eye-catching, the sight, the sound, the feel, the emotion, the style. Even discomfort. we are able to sense that no longer many different issues can. discomfort may be painful, yet we are able to sense it basically as we are able to sense satisfied. Its magnificent quite that out of all of this we are able to do those issues. in spite of the reality that it style of feels to suck now and back its nonetheless magnificent. random actuality: in case you shoot a rabbit, it doesnt understand why it feels discomfort, it does not sign in that there is an evidence, it basically knows it feels discomfort and as a reaction will run away, despite if its demise. Shoot a human (despite in the event that they did no longer understand what a gun replaced into) it would understand its something released, have some style or understanding of what to do etc. I dont think of this replaced into correct yet its written now... yet whilst youre finding for one reason it would truthfully be pie.

Well, are you still pregnant, and with your Much Older Boyfriend? Why don't the two of you get married, and then you can get out of your mom's house and raise your child in a 2 parent home like your baby deserves?

Sorry, if you are only 17 she can go to the cops and report you missing....you don't want/need that. Wait until you are 18 and then move out, she can't do anything after that.
Good Luck!
