if hes your pet why would you want to eat him??pet is not the word to be used for animals you will kill.and there isno humane way to kill your pet if thats what he is!!!!!i have he pecks you to death first!

In labs they usually use a CO2 tank and plastic box to put critters like rats down which is an option. Barring that I would say any method that separates the head from the body is the best way (ax if he can hold still or a shotgun blast point blank). I would say wring its neck, but when you get big birds like geese and turkeys they are tough.

How can you, giving him a name making him a pet, could you really enjoy eating him?! Why not buy one to eat at Christmas and don't let Gregory see. Happy Christmas to you and hopefully Gregory xx

i think that if the goose has been around you or with you for a long time i think you should not kill him and get another goose or turkey because that's like killing my 5 year old dog.

Have you just decided this, or was he bought for that purpose? can't believe you would call him your pet and want to kill him, but if your serious why not ask your butcher for advice so at least it'll be done humanely.

Wait till he dies of old age and stick him in the freezer till Christmas. Obviously won't be THIS Christmas tho. I think Gregory would agree that you should stick with turkey a few more years...

a needle to the neck with air in it geese dont suffer like humans do barely no pain itll pop the heart but they will die from something other than suffocation about more than half a seringe of air or fill it up just to make sure make sure you hit a vein
