Get her anything from the Victoria Secret's Pink collection. They are mainly focused on college aged girls so depending on her age that would be great.

I would say a gift card or some pink flowers, shirt or some pink bath stuff in a really nice set. Or a nice pink girly makeup bag.

My first instinct is always jewelry.
But in leiu of that Bath and Body works have all kinds of gift sets that include lotion, bubble bath, etc in lots of yummy flavors. My personal fave is Mango Mandarin. If you go in that direction you can do a whole pamper yourself gift set, with a pink fluffy robe and matching pink fluffy slippers, pink lip gloss, nail polish, a pink hair brush, I think you get the idea.

Bath and body products. Things that smell good and are wrapped in a big pink bow. A basket full of scented products.

You could go to your nearest Bath & Body Works and pick up a nice lotion or find some perfume. Getting her a gift certificate or chocolate is also a great idea.
