Once a cheater always a cheater? Was that phrase made up by the cheaters or the cheated on?

Yeah I am a cheater, but i dont believe once and cheater always a cheater

I can't say I'm a cheater, or even that I've been cheated on (hopefully), but I did used to cheat in Physics class. That's the only serious cheating I can remember. It was in the labs. We'd have to measure things and write down the numbers we measured, and use them to prove theories. Well, I couldn't see writing down numbers I knew didn't support the theory, so I wrote down the numbers I knew had to be right. Really a violation of the experimental design.

Never. The hurt cheatees and their trust issues came up with that.
