I have 2 girls and their dad's name is Scott, we were never married he got arested and charged with criminal sexual conduct in the 3 degree and sent to prison when they were babies for what he did to my oldest girl, I had his parental rights terminated so he is no longer considered their legal father, my question is if he ever meets a new girl and gets married and they have a kid together wuld that kid be anything to my girls? I know normaly that kid would be like a half or step sibling but being that Scott is no longer my girls legal parent would that still be the same?

well, obviously you can never take away blood, but for your purposes here.....I would say, NO. they are nothing to your children. I would never refer to them as your children's brothers or sisters. jmo.

Legally the other child would not be related to your child. If you get parental rights terminated he is no longer legally responsible for your child and that child has no legal standing in inheritance either.
Biologically, yes if your daughter needed a kidney her child would be related yours, but legally no, his name shouldn't even be on your daughters birth certificate should you request a new copy.

Legally, they are of no relation. Biologically, they would be the sibling's half-sisters. So legally, they would have no claims to one another or each others' possessions or inheritance.

Legally these children would not be related. Like you said, he is not your childrens' legal father, so he has no claim to them, and any of his relatives should not have a claim to them either.

They would be siblings by blood. Legality has nothing to do with this.
