I messed up with my birth control pack, but it's never caused this before. Is there a chance i could be pregnant?

You should go see your gynecologist soon. You are probably anemic from all of the blook loss. Drink lots of water and if you feel lightheaded, you need to go to the emergency room. You aren't in trouble, you just don't want to pass out.

No, you're likely not pregnant. The most common cause of excessive bleeding is an anovulatory cycle. The other common cause is DUB, or dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Other less common causes include fibroids. This excessive bleeding sounds serious, and you should go to your doctor or the ER. Excessive bleeding may be a sign of a bleeding disorder.

I'm a doctor, but I cannot give you any real advice without examining you and reviewing important blood tests results, of course, so you should go see someone. Good luck

This could be caused by a number of things (it is unlikely you are pregnant, however). Please go see a doctor. It may just be a wonky period, which many of us have from time to time. Or it could be caused by a fibroid (a noncancerous mass in the uterus -- usually not a big deal). Or it could be caused by about 80 other things. Definitely worth talking to a real doctor about, especially if the bleeding is heavy and continues on for much longer (because you can become anemic from the loss of blood).

Try doing it for 30 days! The reason many women are placed on birth control is to help manage their cycles. Since you are on the pill - rather than give you any misinformation - you should check with your physician.
