I have had 2 cornea transplants so I know a little about what the eye can take. The good news is, the tissue on the eye happens to be the fastest healing tissue on the human body. So, I'm gonna guess your eye will be just fine. But to be on the safe side, you should have a doctor look at it because he will probably give you some antibacterial drops to keep infection out along with a temporary patch of some type. This was important during my post surgery because if the eye has been cut (or in my case, stitched), it becomes vulnerable to infection if not protected. So, you shouldn't worry. The eye is an amazing organ. But let the doctor make conditions more favorable for it to heal properly. Good luck. (I hope you will add comments to your question so we can all know how things go with you.)

My future son in law recently had his eye scratched by their dog and so I know this is a huge issue. He became blind in that eye because it wasn't healing correctly. There is a film over the eye that needs to heal smoothly and every time he rubbed it he disturbed that film and it bunched up over the pupil. Thank God the Doctor was able to repair the damage and he will be OK. They gave him some antibiotic eye drops and covered it with a temporary contact lense.
Go see an opthamologist asap. I don't know where your eye is damaged but I do fear that you can lose the sight in that eye.

Wash it and hold a paper towel on it tightly. If the bleeding doesn't stop within half an hour, go to a hospital.

Please go see an eye doctor immediately. Your eye will most likely be just fine if you get proper treatment for it as soon as possible. You may have scratched the cornea.
