I think women commit adultery when the husband has nothing to offer in the marriage. Sit down with her and talk about what she wants to do. Stay or leave. And why. Maybe you're not meant for each other. Maybe she's a ****. We need to know more from you about the relationship than just a question.

The right to seek a divorce. Depending on the state, you may also have the right to sue the guy for alienation of affection.

Proving adultery in court is kind of tough. For some reason, people in real life lie under oath a lot.

He can confront her, tell her to make a choice. Then depending on her choice either go to counseling to try and make the marriage work or go to divorce court, keep in mind that most states no longer accept adultery as grounds for divorce...you'd have to file as "irreconcilable differences". Or depending on the situation adultery CAN be coupled with mental/verbal abuse under "cruelty" but those are pretty hard to prove in court without evidence.

its not about rights its about what you can get away with. take her for all she has got and play every nasty card in the book and keep a few up your sleeve for later as where you go from here is not about what you end up with as it may go wrong and you loose a lot or it may go good for you and you end up with a lot but wichever way it goes the process will either be a boring tedius mind numbing one win or loose or it could be the best next 12 monthes of your life when you are free to do what you want and play a load of nasty pranks on her in the process as you have got an excuse to do so now. whatever you do make sure in two years time you have some fun memorys like dates with hot chicks and living the life you couldnt when you was with her as that will hurt her the most.

The same rights as a woman whose man cheats on her. You can leave and get a divorce OR you can stay and try to work through the infidelity.

You have the right to retain a lawyer and give away half of everything you own . Cheating does not make any difference in court. It's all about a fair division of assets. Trust me , I've been there.

If you love her than you will take the lead, sit down with her and talk through it.
Ask her why it happened? What can you do to prevent it from happening again? What can she do?
These questions have to be answered in order for the marriage to survive. If you love her you will be able to find it in your heart to forgive her and accept her back.

You do not have the grounds for divorce, not morally. The important thing is to find out why it happened and try to overcome that so that it will not happen again.

Do not forgive her unless she admits that she is wrong. Even than you should give her every opportunity to ask for it forgiveness.
If she can't admit she was wrong than more than likely she will do it again.

You have the right to remain silent. You have the right to an attorney. And you have the right to go to hell.

YOU HAVE NO RIGHTS. That's why it's so stupid that guys keep getting married!

The most you can do is leave her, and deal with all the garbage that comes with that. but, at least you're rid of the GARBAGE!

Learn from it and talk things out or move on with life. It is really no big deal. If she gets knocked up that is different or if she catches some disease but other than that why get bent out of shape. Your neglect or inability to get her satisfied more than likely caused it so grow up and go forward.
