Tatyana, Rose, Isabella, Mariya, and Carolina.

I'm just wondering because my other sister has just announced that she's pregnant.

Isabella Rose

I love Rose. It's so simple and elegant. Tatyana I prefer spelled Tatiana, but that's quite elegant as well. Carolina kind of reminds me of the states, so I'd prefer Caroline. Mariya is beautiful, and very unusual. Isabella's the only one I wouldn't use, because while it's very pretty, it's also hugely popular.

I like all of them except Carolina, although I would spell Mariya as Mariah otherwise she'll just have to spell her name her whole life.

While I really like Isabella, it's gotten tremendously popular - check out the Social Security Baby Names site for the top names according to census.

Not only is it a good way to see how popular/overused a name is, but you can check over 100 years back to find unusual names that aren't funky made up ones.

Rose is pretty! Instead of Carolina > Caroline and Carolyn and Mariah > Mary.

I think Tayana sounds ethnic.
I think Rose is pretty.
I think Isabella sounds like a classic beauty.
I think Mariya is weird and I don't even know how you would pronounce that - she will have trouble her whole life with a name like that. And besides you will never be able to find stuff with her name on it.
I think Carolina is a nice "Little House on the Prairie" name.

I like Tatyana and Isabella. They are not names you hear very often. Check some websites for baby names and meanings. That may help you to narrow your choices down.
