As I was watching the Free Hugs video, I found myself smiling all the way through it, until the very end when the law stopped this innocent display of affection for all of mankind. When it first came on, to tell you the truth, I didn't know how I would feel if a complete stranger wanted to touch or hug me in any way. I wasn't long into the video before I was thinking how FUN and it was all free, smiling the whole time. I really did love it.

It's okay, nothing more than that. Some of the scenes were obviously staged. I saw 4 people (2 male, 2 female) with the same-style make-shift signs, yesterday (Wednesday 20 December), in Bristol's Broadmead Shopping Centre (Bristol, England), and they were not having the success that the video suggests. I saw one lady agree to hug one of the females, but hugging a man in Britain, hmmm .... it's much too close and personal for us Brits.

Thank you very much for showing us the video. That was really, really friggin awesome. It gives hope and inspiration. In fact, that video kicked so much joy into my day, I am no longer angry at my ex who's breaking hearts right now. I don't care about how she is using my buddy for sick pleasures. That is to say, I can now proceed to do what I have to do and warn him and his girlfriend without calculating what my ex will do to me. I can now see that there should be no regrets in pure actions,and will do what I can to save a beautiful thing on the verge of collapsing.

I don't like to hug or be hugged by people I don't know. It is too intimate an act to be done by strangers.
