Tell your friend what is going on. Don't let her be mad at you. Let her be mad at him. I think she should break up with him and you should say no. He is so not worth it. Nobody likes a cheater.

This puts you in a really tough position.
This guy sounds rotten.
First of all, tell him not only, "No." But "Hell no."
As her best friend, and assuming she knows you would NEVER try to take her boyfriend, I think you should tell her.
If, for some reason, you don't think you can, then you tell him that he's got 24 hours to tell her what he did. And that if he doesn't, you will.
In either case, he's a loser.

I would say no. If you're a true friend you won't stab her in the back. There plenty of boys in the world but very few friends. Also, if he is dating her and asking you out, thats just weird. This happened to me before. Me and my best friends stayed together forever.
